Fax Instructions for Sending Documents to NAECE
To send us a fax, please follow these instructions to ensure your document is processed quickly and accurately:

Cover Sheet:
- Please include a cover sheet with your fax. The cover sheet should contain:
- Your name and company (if applicable)
- Date of the fax
- Recipient name or department
- Brief description of the fax content
- Any relevant reference or case numbers
Document Requirements:
- Faxes should be clear and legible.
- Please ensure your documents are scanned or printed in black and white and are easy to read.
- We recommend sending no more than ten (10) pages per fax.
Fax Hours:
- We accept faxes Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM (EST).
- Faxes sent outside these hours will be processed the next business day.
Confirmation:
- You will receive a fax confirmation within 48 hours of NAECE receiving it.
- If you do not receive a confirmation, please get in touch with us via the contact form.
