NAECE is committed to transparency in how we fund and operate our programs.

Funding for our initiatives comes from a diverse range of sources, including government agencies and programs across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, as well as private-sector partners, industry organizations, philanthropic contributors, and other mission-aligned funding mechanisms.

NAECE operates independently and is not affiliated with, administered by, or funded through state, provincial, or utility rebate programs. Our grants are designed to complement existing energy-efficiency initiatives and help remove financial barriers that may remain after other available incentives have been applied.

This diversified funding model supports programs such as the Customer Contribution Grant and the Relocate to USMCA Manufacturing Grant, enabling us to advance energy affordability, manufacturing investment, and economic development throughout North America.

We are committed to responsible stewardship of these resources and to ensuring that funding is directed toward initiatives that deliver measurable benefits for consumers, businesses, and communities.
