Businesses relocate, factories close, and equipment failure is inevitable. Regardless of the circumstances, customers should be safeguarded with reliable access to warranty claims. These claims, in turn, provide essential data for our Service Assurance and Feedback Evaluation (SAFE)Â metrics, reflecting how effectively a company manages after-sales warranty issues and maintains customer satisfaction.

The NAECE Customer Contribution Assistance Grant is designed to help clients overcome financial barriers to adopting energy-efficient lighting and HVAC systems. By supplementing the customer co-pay, our grants ensures that cost does not prevent participation in utility-led energy efficiency programs. Clients may still need to contribute at least $1 toward their upgrade, keeping them compliant with current rebate guidelines while making energy-efficient upgrades more accessible.
This initiative not only supports utility providers in achieving energy-saving goals but also aligns with the broader objectives of the USMCA by fostering sustainable practices and encouraging the adoption of advanced technologies across North America. By reducing energy costs, promoting inclusivity, and driving the transition to cleaner solutions, NAECE advances both environmental and economic priorities in harmony with the USMCA framework.
Our SAFE score motivates companies to provide better service and focus on making and selling durable, high-quality products. This means consumers save time and money with fewer replacements, and it also helps to protect the environment by reducing waste, conserving resources, and lowering pollution from overproduction.
We provide a simple and accessible platform for consumers to submit their warranty claims, streamlining the process and saving them time and effort.
