- Address to either NAECE or North American Energy Cooperation Effort, with Attn: your intended recipient
- Indicate whether a signature is required upon delivery, and who is authorized to sign for parcels
- For fragile or sensitive items, mark the parcel and ensure proper packaging
Fax instructions
Send all faxes to 571-549-3299 (dialing code +1 for domestic and international faxes).
- Include a cover sheet with your name and company, date, recipient name or department, a brief description, and any reference or case numbers
- Documents should be clear, legible, and in black and white
- We recommend sending no more than ten pages per fax
- Fax hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST; faxes sent outside these hours are processed the next business day
- You will receive a fax confirmation within 48 hours; if you do not, please contact us by email
